Maternity / paternity leave

All CPs who have been with WBN for over a year are eligible for maternity/paternity leave for up to two months for a half-pay WBN base salary. Application process

Do I need to have work experience to apply?
Yes, most roles require at least 2 years of experience. The required number of years of experience will be detailed in the requirements section of the job description.
To ensure your application receives proper consideration, we ask that you apply for only one position. Applying to multiple roles will negatively affect your opportunity to continue with the process, as our system will only select one of your applications for our team to review. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to take the time to carefully review the available roles and choose the single position that most closely aligns with your skills, experience, and career aspirations. This will give you the best chance of success. If our recruitment team believes your profile is a strong fit for another open position, they may reach out to you directly to discuss it.
Payments are made monthly. To facilitate international transfers, we partner with two payment providers: Convera and Payoneer. The specific service used for your payment will depend on your country of residence to ensure the most efficient and secure transaction. We will guide you through the setup process during your onboarding.
We only offer full-time positions.
The timeline will vary depending on the role and the number of applications received. On average, the entire process—from submitting your application to receiving a final hiring decision—takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Absolutely. If you are not selected for a position this time, we encourage you to continue developing your skills and experience. We have a six-month reapplication policy. We welcome you to reapply for future openings that align with your qualifications. All open positions are regularly updated on our careers page.
While each role has its own specific requirements outlined in the job description, we do have a standard baseline. All roles require a minimum of C1 or C2 English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent) and a computer with at least 16GB RAM. These are baseline requirements for effective communication with US-based teams and smooth job performance. If you don’t meet these specs yet, we encourage you to upgrade before applying.
Unlike freelance marketplaces, we provide stable, long-term roles with US-based clients. The key differences are: We are an exclusive network. Our certified professionals are rigorously certified to guarantee quality and are matched with clients. We handle client acquisition, contracts, and billing, allowing you to focus 100% on your role without the overhead of bidding for projects. You become part of a supportive, professional community, not just an individual freelancer competing for gigs.

While you have the freedom to work from your home in any country within Latin America, we require that you operate from a dedicated and private workspace. This policy is in place for several critical reasons:

Professionalism: A quiet, controlled home office environment is essential for participating in client meetings without disruption and projecting a professional image.

Focus and Productivity: A dedicated workspace, free from the distractions of a public place, is necessary to maintain the deep concentration required to deliver high-quality work.

Security: Protecting our clients’ data is a top priority. A private, secure internet connection is mandatory. Public networks, such as those found in cafes or coworking spaces, do not meet our security standards.
