WBN Certified Professionals™ Certification

All certified professionals receive a prestigious certification recognizing them as WBN Certified Professionals™. This designation signifies excellence in communication, technical skills, and reliability, showcasing your vetted background and proven experience.

Wellness benefit

WBN includes a $50 monthly health stipend intended for health insurance in your payment. This perk is now available to all our WBN CPs who have been with us for three months or more.

Paid vacations

WBN Certified Professionals™ enjoy 18 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, plus the following U.S. federal holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Maternity/Paternity leave

All CPs who have been with WBN for over a year are eligible for maternity/paternity leave for up to two months for a half-pay WBN base salary. This benefit reflects our commitment to supporting our team members during important life milestones, ensuring they have both the time and financial support they need to be fully present for their growing family.

Designated Talent Coordinator

Each CP is assigned a Talent Coordinator, who is an additional resource that can provide guidance and support. The talent Coordinator's priority is for the work relationship and communication between you and your client to be successful and to provide tips, suggestions, and assistance for any challenges that may arise.
